This rotary valve not only prevents jamming, but also can be started with material. Compared to our other competitors' rotary airlock valves, it has a lower material crushing rate.

This DN250 rotary airlock valve has a rotor volume of 20L, high filling rate, and high conveying capacity, suitable for pneumatic conveying conditions with a pressure difference of no more than 1.5 barg. If the customer is using positive pressure dense phase conveying, we can upgrade this rotary valve to a high-pressure rotary valve that can operate under a pressure difference of no more than 3.5 barg
